Payments

We accept online payments by credit card. You will get the payment link after placing the order, you can pay online with Visa/Mastercard from all over the world. You can also pay via PayPal Family and Friends (we still don't have Goods and services method in Ukraine) if you can't pay with credit card. To do so, just contact us after placing an order and we'll send you PayPal account address.

Delivery

After the payment is received and the flute is ready (usually it takes up to 1-3 business days to make one flute), we'll send your order by mail with an international tracking number. Delivery time is usually between 5 (EU) to 10 (USA) business days.
